Innovation – Start with Customer Pain Points

This past week, my January 2 post “Innovation – Start with Customer Pain Points” has become the most viewed post as reported in the stats I collect from the WordPress site. Since posting, the article has consistently drawn new readership from being found in Google search. Possible Google has indexed it well because it was re-blogged by another WordPress user and the catchy title is used as Google search terms . I thought I’d celebrate by re-blogging it myself as this week’s post, giving it exposure to more recent blog followers.
